GBBN Principal Aaron Anderson Promoted to Market Design Leader
GBBN is happy to announce that Principal Aaron Anderson, AIA, LEED AP has been promoted to the position of Market Design Leader for Healthcare. As a Market Design Leader, Aaron will oversee design strategy for all healthcare project types firmwide. Through his skill as an architect and project designer, Aaron leads clients through transformational work by championing thoughtful and resilient design strategies that enhance wellbeing and social equity for patients, healthcare professionals, and a project’s surrounding community. His work is frequently recognized with local and national awards, including national recognition from the American Institute of Architects for the Pet Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, a first of its kind facility that allows pediatric patients facing long hospitalizations the chance to visit with their own family pet in a safe, controlled setting. Aaron’s empathy and creative problem solving keep the patient experience at the center of design.

As a Market Design Leader, Aaron recruits, develops, and mentors the design staff within his market and works collaboratively with Firmwide Design Leadership to bring to life the design vision of the firm through the work of the markets.
