Meet Our New Associate Principals

GBBN recently recognized the leadership of three employees whose passion and dedication advance our work, support our colleagues, and drive positive change in our communities:

Scott Kyle leads complex projects by guiding teams to surface solutions that align with client needs and maintain design rigor. By actively listening and engaging the perspective of other project team members, Scott sets a tone for teamwork that invites open communication. Future-thinking, Scott provides leadership within GBBN’s arts market, developing a regional growth strategy for our Pittsburgh market and is always looking beyond current challenges to opportunities that lay ahead.

Nick Sillies leads design teams with rigor and purpose in the tenacious pursuit of quality. Driven by the desire to create innovative solutions, Nick engages with others to strengthen design ideas and move them forward. He excels at translating complex challenges into clear communication across the spectrum of clients, contractors, consultants, and teammates. While fostering team collaboration, Nick also helps surface solutions that achieve client goals and elevate design.

Mandy Woltjer leads with an energy and palpable creative tenacity that inspires the team, advances design, and results in high-quality work. She creates an open and accepting work environment that fosters a sense of trust and shared contribution among team members. Mandy developed a learning and development program that allows the firm’s interiors team to build skills collectively and she consistently drives innovation in the design process to improve our work.
