Megan Mershman
IIDA, LEED AP ID+C
Associate
Knowing that human beings spend 90% of their time indoors, Megan works every day to make those spaces supportive, functional, equitable, and beautiful. Megan not only helps shape GBBN’s workplace design strategy, but she contributes to projects across the firm’s portfolio, including Thompson Hine’s Cincinnati Office Renovation, the Trager Family Jewish Community Center in Louisville, and TriHealth’s Bethesda North Hospital’s Masterplan. Working between markets, Megan consistently enriches each design she touches with experiences and perspectives drawn from other project types. Outside the office, Megan supports efforts to build a more equitable city through the Cincinnati Chamber’s NEXT GEN transportation initiative and IIDA’s Equity Council.
