Nathan Evans serves as Client Development Manager in GBBN's Minneapolis office, leading strategic growth across Arts, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Mixed-use markets. A strategic dot connector, he brings together clients, designers, developers, and civic leaders to align vision, built partnerships and advance projects that contextually shape the future of the Twin Cities. With a background in arts and over a decade of experience in the architecture industry, he approaches each opportunity as both a creative and economic endeavor, pairing design excellence with measurable community impact. He is actively engaged with he Urban Land Institute and Minneapolis Renaissance Coalition, contributing to dialogue around revitalization, adaptive reuse, and downtown resilience. Outside the office, Nathan enjoys spending time at home with his family; sidewalk chalking, walks around the park, and relaxing in the backyard.
