Stefan Cornelis

Associate

Stefan is passionate about transforming communities in ways that increase density, affordable and mixed-income housing opportunities, and a sense of community for people of all ages and backgrounds. Stefan works to infuse projects with sustainable design strategies at their earliest stages for maximum impact and has led the development of our IRA calculator tool. His recent work includes Logan Commons, College Hill Station, 1010 On-the-Rhine, Factory 52, St Vincent de Paul Don & Phyllis Neyer Outreach Center, and the Cincinnati Museum Center. In his free time, Stefan enjoys hiking and travelling with his wife and daughters, and playing pick-up games of soccer when he can.
