Stephanie Shroyer
Associate
Lush, cozy, energizing, calming—walking into a space affects how we feel. As an interior designer and medical planner, Steph uses design to envelop people in environments that positively impact our mood and sense of well-being. Steph combines research, evidence-based design, and cues from nature to craft healthcare facilities that help the healing process and make the work of the healer more efficient. Her most recent projects include TriHealth’s Thomas Comprehensive Care Center, UK HealthCare’s Kentucky Neuroscience Institute, and UK HealthCare MICU/Pandemic Patient Floor. Nurturing a lifelong passion for soccer, Steph brings the same creativity and tenacity to her work that she brought to the field as a player.
