Yet, he’s always been at home in the urban jungle and is passionate about city revitalization. Chad guides clients through the planning, development, and construction phases of a diverse range of projects that have lasting impact on their communities, including cultural institutions like Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, and transformative mixed-use developments like Court & Walnut and the West Louisville FoodPort.
